QCSWA Family Support Initiative

When one of us leaves, the family is never left alone.

QCSFWA is created by the QCSWA for providing instant relief to the dependent family members of our beloved colleagues. No financial contribution can replace an irreplaceable loss, but together we can provide immediate support with dignity, care and transparency.

Small contributions become meaningful support when a family stands together.

How It Works

A simple way for colleagues to stand with an affected family.

Any close employee or colleague who has reliable information may add the concerned employee's details and the dependent's financial information. Because contributions are made directly to the beneficiary, the information entered on the portal should be checked carefully before submission.

01

Add the support case

A close colleague can add the employee's name, employee ID, designation, age, incident date, reason and the dependent's payment details when the information is known and reliable.

02

Verify financial details

Account number, IFSC and UPI ID must be filled correctly. The portal displays the stored beneficiary details and does not independently substitute or alter the recipient selected by the contributor.

03

Controlled contribution flow

Contribution attempts for the same beneficiary are spaced through a stable randomized interval. This reduces unusually high-frequency payment attempts being initiated through this portal within a short time.

04

Direct family support

When the contribution window is available, the contributing member pays the beneficiary directly. Final transaction acceptance remains subject to the beneficiary's bank, UPI provider and payment application.

Why is contribution spacing used? The spacing mechanism is intended to reduce simultaneous or unusually frequent payment attempts that could cause inconvenience or trigger additional review by financial service providers. It cannot guarantee that a bank or UPI provider will never apply its own transaction limits or security controls.
Transparency

The portal coordinates support. It optionally provides multiple payment options through Payment Gateways with additional charges.

QCSFWA is designed to keep the contribution process direct, visible and simple. The payment is initiated by the contributing member to the beneficiary details stored for the active support case.

Optional Payment Gateway Contributions can also be made in a consolidated way using optional Payment Gateway services, offering multiple payment options. Additional Payment Gateway (PG) charges may apply depending on the payment provider and payment method selected. These transactions are generally settled within 48 working hours.
Direct & Optional Payment Gateway Contributions QCSFWA facilitates contributions through direct beneficiary payment as well as optional Payment Gateway services. Direct contributions are initiated directly to the beneficiary using the displayed payment details, while Payment Gateway contributions may be processed in a consolidated manner with multiple payment options. Additional PG charges may apply, and Payment Gateway transactions are generally settled within 48 working hours.
Flexible Contribution & Payment Options The portal facilitates beneficiary-linked contribution instructions and records contribution confirmations. Contributions may be made directly to the beneficiary or through optional Payment Gateway services offering multiple payment options. Payment Gateway transactions may attract additional PG charges and are generally settled within 48 working hours.
Contributor participation is visible The number and names of contributing members can be checked for an active case, allowing the QC family to see collective participation while limiting unnecessary disclosure.
Every Contribution Matters Amounts Remain Private Support is an expression of compassion and solidarity, not a competition. Even a contribution of ₹1 carries the goodwill and concern of a colleague standing beside an affected family during a difficult time. Individual contribution amounts are never publicly disclosed. The portal highlights collective participation, dignity and togetherness rather than comparing how much any individual has contributed.
Important Disclaimer

QCSFWA regulates the contribution flow; it does not act as the beneficiary.

QCSFWA is designed only to regulate payments by generating beneficiary-linked payment instructions and a dynamic UPI QR, and by spacing recorded contributions for the same beneficiary. This is intended to reduce simultaneous high-rate payment attempts that may cause inconvenience or temporary restrictions at the beneficiary account/payment service. The contributor remains responsible for verifying the beneficiary details displayed before making any payment. A UTR/reference and optional payment screenshot are collected only as a record of the contributor's confirmation.
