How It Works

Simple Community Support

Employees can help an affected family through a transparent and controlled contribution process.

1. Add the affected employee Any close colleague or employee having reliable information may submit the details of the departed employee and the dependent who requires immediate support.

2. Enter beneficiary details carefully The dependent's account number, IFSC, UPI details and other financial information must be filled correctly. Contributions are made on the basis of the information entered on the portal.

3. Contributions are paced The portal can temporarily space contribution attempts so that a very large number of transactions are not initiated within an unusually short period from the portal.

4. Designed to reduce unnecessary difficulty Controlled pacing is intended to reduce unusually high-frequency transaction patterns that may sometimes attract additional review or restrictions from financial institutions. Final processing and acceptance remain entirely subject to the beneficiary's bank or payment app.

Transparency

Transparent by Design

QCSFWA does not receive, hold, settle or distribute contribution money.

No payment gateway The portal does not route contributions through a commercial payment gateway. This avoids introducing gateway charges that may otherwise reduce the amount reaching the beneficiary.

Direct beneficiary payment A contributing member initiates payment directly to the beneficiary using the financial details displayed on the portal. QCSFWA does not receive the contribution in any intermediary account.

Portal only coordinates the process The portal does not operate a payment handling mechanism. Its role is limited to presenting beneficiary information, recording contribution-related details where applicable, and controlling the frequency at which contribution attempts are initiated through the portal.

Contributor participation can be checked The list or count of contributing members may be viewed so that colleagues can see the collective participation of the community, subject to the privacy settings provided on the portal.

Contribution amount is not publicly disclosed The amount contributed by an individual member is intentionally not displayed. Support should not be measured by the size of a contribution—even a contribution of ₹1 represents solidarity with an affected family during a difficult time.

Important: Payment success depends upon the correctness of the beneficiary details entered on the portal and acceptance of the transaction by the beneficiary's bank, UPI provider or other financial institution. QCSFWA does not independently process or guarantee a payment.
